Project Details

The volunteers were manually assigned to seventeen (17) small groups including a driver. Each small group was assigned to a specific route with the number of meals and beverages estimated for that specific route. The groups stopped at strategic locations and the volunteers dispersed to distribute the meals and beverages to the homeless. In the event that meals were finished prematurely, volunteers at the dispatch station would be discharged with additional supplies to replenish the reserves of that group.
